Hi,

Earache is due to mild inflammation and Eustachian tube blockade after an episode of strep throat.

The chest pain is unrelated to strep throat.

As of now you can try frequent steam inhalation, which will definitely help for symptomatic relief.

You can consult a physician in case of persistent symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
