What Causes Ear Pain And Heart Palpitations During Nights?
This usually only happens at night. I get heart palpitations plus both ears hurt. This does keep me up. It will take between 2 to 8 hours for my heart to go back to normal. I do not smoke, drink alcohol or take caffeine. I am overweight and diabetic. This has been going for 8 months and happens about every 3 to 4 weeks. Should I be concerned?

Ear pain in the night. along with palpitations can be a symptom of high blood pressure (pounding feel in ear & chest). Please get your blood pressure & heart checked by a physician.
