What Causes Ear Pain And Throat And Gums To Be Tender?

My left side of my ear, throat and gums are tender and painful. Especially when I swallow. I m feeling really fatigue and get dizzy when standing. The pain in my gum is in the back of my 2nd left tooth, which is chipped off. What can I take to help with this. I don t see a abscess or pus in there either.
