What Causes Ear Pain Despite Treating Ear Infection?

I had cycles eating surgery about 25 yrs ago. And according to m ent I had an ear infection, he gave me a round of prednisone and antibiotics and ear drops. I finished the meds and still have a pain in it and a cool sensation in my ear. What do you think?

Hello,

It could be an otitis or middle ear infection. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. A CT scan is required for further assessment.
