What Causes Ear Pain, Dizziness, Blurry Right Eye And A Bump Above It?

My right eye is very blurry and has been for a bit now. i can barely see in it. Theres also a bump on my right eye. The bump is small and very hard and feels like a bone but is under my eyelid at the top. it feels as if its on my eye. I have ear pain and for a long time now, whenever i first stand up from either sitting or laying down i get very dizzy and see black from 30 secs to about 50 secs. Many times it causes my to fall down and walk into objects. Do you know what any of this could be ?
