What Causes Ear Pain In Concha?

Hello, I have very bad pain in the concha area of my right ear. It seems to be worse in the cold weather and if any wind blows on my ear. What could this be? What can I do to stop it? It makes me quite miserable and unable to be outside during the winter weather.

Hello
Such pains are due to sudden muscular contraction of jaw joint area. Keep the muscles in motion and use caps to cover the ear.

Regards
