What Causes Ear Pain While Laying Down?

For the past week I have been getting when I turn over in bed, right before I get up. Then I have to sit on the side of the bed for a minute before I can stand up. I had our school nurse check my ears and she said they look fine. My blood pressure was also fine. This only happens when I get out of bed.
