What Causes Ear Pain With Dizziness?

Both of my ears hurt, the kind of pain similar to swimmer s ear, pain existing for about a week. 32 year old female, 155 lbs, 5 4 . No fever or other symptoms. I have been experiencing mild to moderate dizziness for 3 years, along with constant ear crackling when swallowing, with no diagnosis after a full battery of tests by a neurological otolaryngologist. Ears often feel blocked.
