Hi, I have a continuos ear pressure/numbness in my right ear form past two months, had an antibiotic treatment from ENT , though the problem reduces but it is not gone completely. Now I have a slight pain in the top right of my head, sometimes in the right side of forehead ae well in right cheek .tighling sensations in my right chest and fingers sometimes. My headache virtually gone after sleep and increases when sitting on computer or reading. I am 23, non-alcoholic and have a nasal polyps /sinus in my right nostril
Hi. This looks to be complicated. Nasal polyp in the nose and sinus on the same side may not give such severe symptoms unless there is complication like an infection or a fungus ball or a Caner. Cancer is least likely in your case as you are just 23 years old. The pains you have described may be due to other causes also. Like: Trigeminal neuralgia. The tingling in the chest and the fingers can be due to cervical spine problem , which many of the people get who eork on computers continuously. The headache on straining can be due to eye-sight problem. I would advise you the following:: *Check up by an Ophthalmologist for eyes. * MRI of the sinuses and cervical spine ( as per your history) * ENT Check-up for the ear and polyp problems.
This is going to be a multi-disciplinary treatment.
