Understanding your concern. As per your query have earache while running which is due to eustachian tube dysfunction due to which there is build up of negative pressure in ear canal. You should do warm saline gargles , apply dry warm compresses to external ear and keep your ear dry , which is very important . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist without any delay so that infection will not spread. Doctor may examine ear with otoscope , also examine tympanic membrane or may order CT scan. Doctor may prescribe antibiotic course at least for 10 days along with anti inflammatory and decongestants.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
