What Causes Early And Prolonged Periods With Milk Discharge After Gall Bladder Removal?

i had my gallbladder removed 2 weeks ago today by emergency Keyhole surgery and the 2 days later i had the stones removed by ERCP. on the same day i started what i believed to be my period a week early and it went for 10 days which is odd and now my breasts are discharging a milky liquid like it did when i was pregnant with my 2 children. I doubt i am pregnant so is there any link to this and the procedures i had done?
