What Causes Early And Short Periods While HPT Is Negative?

Hi I have unprotected sex 3/4 times this month and last but got negative pregnancy test result 12 DPO, my periods have also come 5 days early and lasting 3 days also very light. It is very unusual for me as they are regular and last 7 days. Should I be worried

Your symptoms could be suggestive of a hormonal imbalance. Anyway, I recommend performing another pregnancy test, just to be sure that everything is okay.
