What Causes Early, Deep Red And Watery Periods?

So i started my period 2 days early on a normal 28 day cycle. The blood is like a deep deep red and is kind of really watery . It doesnt seem light enough of a blood flow to be implantation bleeding or light enough in color either. Ive had early staged miscarriages in th past and im just wondering if this may b one thats ocurring before my period or if its something else that i should be worried about ??

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I don't think this should be cause of concern for you . This is not likely to be implantation bleeding. You may do a blood pregnancy test & a pelvic ultrasound to resolve your doubts about an undiagnosed pregnancy.
Most likely this is your period that has come a bit early. This may happen once in a while to all women.
You should consult a Gynecologist for investigation of your early recurring miscarriages.
Best wishes.
