What Causes Early, Lengthy Periods And Spotting?

hi my name is shicarra and i have a 23 day cycle (period) an my period came on early in may.. may 16th to be exact and it wasn't suppose to come until may 21st ..okay now this month it came on june 13th this is the part i don't get, was the length of my period 23 days or 28 days?? when it did come on it stay for two days an now just pink spotting.. can u help me please????                                                                  oh by the way i pretty regular
