What Causes Early Menstrual Bleeding After Taking Postpone 72?

Hey, Me and my friend had unprotected sex 9 days ago and after the sex she took Postpone 72 but last day her periods started before the scheduled time and also the bleeding is less as compared to the usual case. What could be the possible cause of it.
