What Causes Early Period After Getting A Petogen Shot?

Hi I got my first shot of petogen last month,my next period were suppose to come on the 17th the following month but they came early a week before and they are dark at first blood was smelly,they not heavy and it s been a week now since they started and I used to have period pains but now I don t..what seems to be the problem?
