What Causes Early Period Along With Back Pain And Tiredness?

.actully my prblm s ..evry mnth correct 17th I m having my period but dis time on 14th 1ly it become ... befre dat I had left side stomach pain,watery thing discharging in my breast,headache,back pain,tiredness,white discharge all these things .I thought may b I m going to be pregnent but know I m worry abt dis why lke dis happen Is it low himoglobin level is one f da reason to happens miscarriage... plzzz am waiting

Hi.
, I understand your concern.
Three days early bleeding with breast discharge/ abdominal painincreased discharge , head ache, tiredness can be-
- Mostly conception ( with unprotected sex).. & implantation bleeding cn occure around expected date of pregnancy. The bleeding is scanty, & woman is normal part from getting tense.
- Pregnancy test ( blood test around date of menses/ urine test after 8 days delay in periods ).. would be confirming pregnancy.
- Sometimes pregnancy like signs are seen without being pregnant( post illness , weakness,ovarian/ thyroid problems, PCOD) If pregnancy test turns -ve.. investigations to find proper cause & have specific treatment is the solution to recover.
