General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Are you under any medications? I suggest you to take:
1. T. Ponstan forte (mefenamic acid) 500mg for 5 days after food.
2. Mostly there will be a passage of clots during periods so to rule out further kindly do complete blood count and USG Pelvis.
3. Consult a gynecologist for further treatment and diagnosis

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini, General & Family Physician
