What Causes Early Periods And Nausea?

im 37 yr old female... my period came 3 days early and ended in 3 days. It usually last 7 days? In the middle of the nite a few nites back I woke up to needing to throw up. I held it down... that s not me im not a sickly person I don t throw up. Whats going on?

3 days early periods with vomitting &scanty bleeding..could be implantation bleeding (if you are trying for a baby )
Pregnancy test done 8 days past expected day of menses can exclude or confirm pregnancy.
