What Causes Early Periods And Spotting?

Hello im currently taking microgynon 30 and have been for 2 and a half years. 3 months ago i didnt hve a break and overlapped my packet. the period following was normal and the month following that was normal too. However all through this months i have been spotting and i usually start bleeding on the 5th day into my 5 day break however i came on fully on the 2nd day of my 7 day break something that has never happened before. I havent missed any pills should i be worried?
