What Causes Early Periods While On Medication For Abdominal Pain?

Hi Doctor,
I am Sri, newly married on feb 9th, 3 days ago i got severe pain on upper and lower abdomon, So that i consult one doctor nearby my home for emergency, i followed medicines from her and then the pain now 95% gone. but my menstrual cycle started today as earlier as my normal cycle(29th feb), is there is any abnormal??
