What Causes Ears Draining And Itching?

My ears drain all of the time. It doesn t seem to be infection, it s very liquidity and appears to be more clearing in color as far as I can tell. It is not painful, it is more of an itch and very annoying . My dr says my ears look good and prescribed me a nasal spray to help but it doesn t really do anything

Hi,

In my opinion long standing discharge from the ears should not be ignored. This could potentially be suggestive of chronic inflamation of the middle ear. Please make sure to keep your ear dry after the discharge from the ear stops and avoid swimming. Please consult your ENT specialist and follow his/her advice.
