What Causes Easy Bruising On Legs In Children?
My 7 yr old granddaughter has been bruising easily on her legs and seems very fatigued lately, and we just noticed a small amount of blood in her panties, its only happened once and nothing since. Please what would you think is happening.I m sorry I didn t know we had to pay for an answer, we can t afford that, sorry Thankyou tho.

easy bruising and spontaneous bleeding can be due to issues with platelets and clotting disorders which will need investigation

i would also advice talking to your grand daughter in confidence and rule out any possibility of physical abuse . she is a small child and would not really recognize an abuse if there is any.
if that is not the case then she will need careful examination and investigation to rule out bleeding disorder which have many causes
