I have had bleeding under the skin that comes out and causing something like a bruise but isn t the same color as a bruise. I bruise if almost anything touches my body. My legs have had bruising for years and they never go away. The have turned brown but never leave. I am 76 years old and healthy for the most part. What should I be afraid of finding out is wrong with me. My Dr. did order for me to have the platelet test. The test where the carrier has to be there when the blood is given. Could you give me a little advice as to what this might be. Thank you
