What Causes Eczema In An Infant?

Hello my 4 months daughter seems to have aczema all over her body sometimes red sometimes not I m using stelatopia emollient cream and cleansing cream and I changed her laundry soap to purex mild detergent and all her clothing are cotton. Seems all is not helping.should I try out fenistyl drops?

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause is more important if this is the skin condition then best is antihistamine and steroid and this can be tried for best result and some time antibiotic can be added, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
