General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Paget disease looks exactly similar to eczema. If the lesion confines to single breast, Paget’s must be ruled out.

You can opt for a small incision biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. A mammogram must be done to look for any lumps underneath the areola, which may not be palpable always.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
