What Causes Edema Along With Rapid Heart Rate And Weakness?

I have been trying to not eat wheat or grains for the past two weeks, and no dairy or sugar. Haven t been perfect, but have done pretty well. I am eating vegetables, fruit and some meats at each meal. I am reading the book No Grain, No Pain and trying to follow that, but so far my pain has not decreased, but maybe has even increased! My heartbeat is faster at times, I am retaining fluids, I feel weak and very tired by 5 pm and could go right to sleep, I m feeling a bit bloated, and generally not feeling well. I have not lost one single pound which I am surprised because of the way I m eating. I don t know if this is related to my diet, but I just don t feel well.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the weight is your main concern then you have to follow the complete diet plan prepared by dietician and book alone may not helps you, all the symptoms that you have may not be due to any disease but it seems to be nonspecific so no need to worry about this, till the reduce the calorie in diet and do exercise hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
