What Causes Edema In Between The Hips And Feet?
I have my legs are swollen with fluid from hips to feet, my testicles are also swollen, and my penis has shrunk back into my testicles and dark coloring of the skin. My PCP is saying he can t find anything wrong. All my tests are coming back ok. what is going on?

There must be definite reason for such extensive edema and all tests which came OK suggest that something is lacking which has to be evaluated. The most prime concern here is cardiac cause and 2D ECHO of the heart is the first step to be taken ahead.
