What Causes Edema, Redness And Blistering Around The Eyes And Forehead Dryness?

64 yo white male, dx hodgkin s lymphoma in 2008, determined cured in 2015...had eczema prior to dx...8 sessions of RCHOP chemo, and I was fine for about 6 months....now I have edema around eyes, red, peeling, blistery skin, and my forehead is very dry and flakey...2 dermos have dx conatct demo....but allergy tests reveal nothing....any clues
