What Causes Ejaculation Without Masturbation Or Sexual Activity?

My age is 23.i have more sex feelings and from last 4 years i am doing masturbation and from last few months i decreasing doing that but my sperm is releasing without doing any masturbation.by releasing it cause me any problem to me in future?? And what is solution to stop coming out??

Hi!There is nothing to worry nor any reason to stop this as this is normal called nocturnal emission and just a normal phenomenon in adult males to let degraded/excess semen out of the body!

Therefore, you are absolutely fine and a healthy adult...!
