What Causes Elbow Pain And Difficulty In Using An Arm Post Injury?

I hat the outside of my right elbow VERY hard and when i work it or hold anything my arm hurts again as bad as when i hit it and i cannot grip things with any strength either. Again the outside of my right arm right on the end of the radius bone thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, sift tissue inflammation is very likely but chances of hair line fracture need to be ruled out and x-ray is must, till then keep the joint under the splint and try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
