What Causes Elbow Pain And Irritation?

i am 29 years old. having severe pain and irritation in right elbow since 6 weeks
. I consulted an ortho surgeon in mysore. he had suggested two tablets which i took for 10 days.
tablets suggested were Zerodol CR and Acogurd capsule
