What Causes Electric Shock Like Pain In The Feet And Legs?

Yes, I have burning and pinching in my feet and legs. It feels like electric vibrating at times. I have tried K laser, and Oxford treatment for neuropathy. A nerve study indicated that may not be my problem. The problem magnifies when I try to sleep. What can the problem be?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of electric shock like pain in the feet and legs. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like arachnoiditis, pinched nerve, traumatic injury to the legs causing nerve damage . I would suggest you to consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and also advise investigations like MRI, CT SCAN, Electromyogram to rule out the exact cause of the problem by checking the nerves , their activity and conduction to rule out the exact cause of pain and treatment can be based on confirmatory diagnosis. Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
