What Causes Electric Shock Sensation On The Surgical Sutures?

ive had a operation in my foot to remove a gagalin and now have had stitches out I m getting like electric shocks over the scar area when anything touches it can you give me any advise to stop this as the clinic says it could last for at least 6/8 weeks

hello,
the electric shock over the incision area is normal since the nerve endings are cut at that region, an they will regenerate with time. you may take gabapentin pills to relieve that feeling.
