What Causes Electric Shock Through The Whole Body And Tingling In Hands?

When I cough I get what feels like an electric shock through my whole body. I also then get very sensitive hands like a tingling feeling. What does this mean? Could this be a pinched nerve? I have had two disc opeations on my neck, discs 2, 3, 4 and 5.
