What Causes Electric Type Of Pain Near The Temples?

Hello. I have been having a sudden, random, sharp "electric" like pain in my head near my temples and right above my eyes. Its unbearable and lasts for 5-10 seconds. It recently has become more frequents, about three times a day, and started roughly three weeks ago. I get a swelling/pressure feeling above my eyes that are painful and uncomfortable. help!
