What Causes Electrical Shock Symptoms In The Hand And Elbow?

My right hand started out getting the electrical shock and not little ones either and it has very recently began moving up to my elbow. The shock is so intense that I feel that my arm is going to explode and it's driving me crazy. I really need help My arms constantly hurt my right more than the left.
