What Causes Electrifying Sensation In Face,dizziness And Tingling Sensation In Feet?
I am having a very strange electric shock type sensation in my face, dizzy spells, a tingling sensation in the last 3 toes on both feet, and I have a swollen lymph node on the back of my neck that has been there for about 3 weeks now. No pain anywhere just very odd sensations and my neck and shoulders are starting to feel stiff...I ve had other lymph nodes feel tender and swell but only the one on the back of my neck has stayed, the others came and went away.

All causes of neuropathy or peripheral neuropathy should be ruled out.Diabetes,Sciatica,Nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin b12 deficiencies,autoimmune disease,certain medication side effects should be ruled out.Treatment is based on the cause.Hot compress and vitamin b12 injection can reduce the symptoms.
