What Causes Electrocution At The Base Of My Ribs?

I feel like I am being electrocuted at the base of my ribs on my right side. Sometimes this shock makes my entire body move, almost like a quick seizure. Sometimes, too I experiencing pulsating throbs in this same area with sharp pain. Then it goes away for days and then comes back. Not sure what this could be a symptom of.
