What Causes Elevated ALT Levels?

I am doing a medical review for a physician that is requesting Lamisil for a healthy patient without any scute or chronic hepatic pathology but his ALT was slightly elevated. I believe that the terbenifine is not contraindicated in this case, however, I cannot find this specific question in the literature. What do you say??

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

In some patient terbinafine can lead elevated liver enzymes value. I need to check how much your liver enzymes has been Elevated. If ALT elevation more than two fold than close clinical watch up is necessary to continu terbinafine. The drug can be changed if enzymes persistently remain elevated.
