What Causes Elevated B12 And MCV Levels?

Hi, I just got some test results back and there are two slightly high levels that may be a concern. My B12 level is 988 and my MCV level is 97.3. My medical history is that I take 50 MG of Enbrel once per week for RA. I have taken it for 8 years. I am 56 years old. I drink alcohol an average of 3 days per week. I consume about 5 - 6 drinks on those days. When I research the high MCV level, it mentions low B12. With me that is not the case. I do take 5000 mcg b12 once per day. Both levels are border line high. What can I do to lower the MCV level?
