It could be related to a lung disorder or respiratory airways infection.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam, a chest X-ray study and pulmonary function tests and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, arterial blood gas analysis, PCR, ESR for inflammation).

What Causes Elevated BP And Chest Pain?
Hi, It could be related to a lung disorder or respiratory airways infection. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam, a chest X-ray study and pulmonary function tests and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, arterial blood gas analysis, PCR, ESR for inflammation). A chest CT scan may be needed. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
