What Causes Elevated BP And Pulsation In Forehead?

DOCTOR , I AM A 79 YEAR OLD MALE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE AN EPIDURAL THIS PAST MONDAY BUT IT WAS CANCELLED SINCE MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS 222-110 .MY DR. INCREASED MY LISINOPRIL SLIGHTLY BUT TO NO AVAIL. EVERYDAY ITS READING TWO HUNDRED OR MORE OVERONE TEN. MY DR ORDERED A 24 HR URINE TEST AND NOW I FEEL A PULSATING IN MY FOREHEAD. I NEVER REALLY HAD VERY HIGH BP BUT IT HAS BEEN SLIGHTLY OVER FOR YEARS. I FEEL FINE OTHERWISE NO PAIN ETC. DON

bp can be controlled by medication and diet control mlikerestricted salt ndiet. and taking regular morning walk-change your life style. refrain from taking alcohol and avoid smoking. take less coffee and tea. yoga and meditation will help you consult naturopathy experts. try to decrease your anxiety.
