What Causes Elevated BP And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

Over the past couple weeks, I’ve had extremely high blood pressure, as much as 200/100. I’ve had migraines and dizziness. In the last couple hours, I am experiencing tingling sensations in my hands and feet. Is this cause for immediate concern and do I need to get to the emergency room?
