General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are various factors causing oscillations in blood pressure including foods/drinks you consume, stress, work overload, cold weather, etc.

I think you should keep monitoring your bp, record the results for reference, and set an appointment with a cardiologist to evaluate your cardiovascular system. Plus need to check your kidneys and liver to rule out respective problems that might also cause spikes in bp.

Although these changes, I still do not think they are worrisome. However, should keep them under control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
