What Causes Elevated BP Levels?

I am female, 60 years old, recently lost my husband. I am on 20 milligrams of Lisinopril, however, I did not take one last night at my normal time, because my blood pressure reading with a cuff, was 133/78. This morning it was 132/81. So is that something to be concerned about?

Nothing to worry, missing one tablet does not create any problem.
At present your blood pressure is quite in normal range.
Continue medicinie as usual.
Ok and take care.
