What Causes Elevated EBV Levels?
Hi I have just had blood test and EBV test all say high. What can I do to make my energy levels rise. Never thought being tired would be Mono.. I dont have any other systems. All Vit D levels are all normal. How long could this have been in my system?

Epstein Barr virus will remain in your blood for a long time if appropriate antiviral drug will not be taken. In fact, it's also associated with many cancers if it will remain in your blood. So, kindly take proper treatment and regular follow-up. If it will persist for long time, more than a decade, than there are serious consequences.
