What Causes Elevated ESR, Monocytes And Neutrophils In Levels In Blood?

Hi there my niece had a high fever (40-41 C) for 5 days nothing else. Her ESR is 50, monocytes 1.24 (0.1-0.8), neytrofils 51.6 (20 - 42). My question is can ESR , and monosites and neytrofils be increased during viral infection or this is characteristics of bacterial infection only.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, ESR and Neutrophils can be elevated in viral fever but this is not common condition, clinical examination is the best to rule out bacterial infection, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
