General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern

Normal SGPT level:21-72 IU/L______your level______81____just high
Normal SGOT level:17-59 IU/L______your level______43____normal
Normal cholesterol level is You have told 7??? is it mistake.
7 is not high and it is not possible. I think it is typing mistake.
If Cholesterol greater than 300 mg/dl and not controlled by diet, lifestyle modification like exercise then require statin therapy under the advise of the cardiologist.

Regarding your SGOT and SGPT valuse, do not worry for that value.
It is significant when rise is 5-6 fold with increased bilirubin (marker for hepatitis).
Hope this may help you

Let me know if you have further query
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
