Hi welcome to the health care magic

Temporary viral infection like infectious mononucleosis, cytomegalovirus like infection can lead raised sgpt..

Secondly HBV carrier state or fatty liver like condition also leads elevated sgpt

Work up done as follow...
-USG abdomen
-HBV detection by serum Elisa testing
-HAV and HEV detection by ELISA if needed
-ESR

Report here should be repeated after week because here enzymes not elevated more than two folds

If fatty liver is the cause than fruits eaten more and fatty foods restricted and regular exercise done

Hope your concern solved

Take care

Consult physician for examination
